Stay away as it's a Scam
Positive: Nothing
Negative: Our booking was cancelled the night before arrival due to “boiler issues.”
Annoying, but fair enough boilers break. What doesn’t break, apparently, is their grip on our money.
It’s now been over two months and the refund is still “on the way.”
At this point, I assume the boiler has been fixed, broken again, and gone through a full character arc while our refund remains fictional.
If you enjoy last minute cancellations and a long term relationship with customer support, this is the place for you.
